We had a wonderful long weekend. We went to the beach, wandered around (and in and out of the pub) in our favourite small town Elora, spent time with family and friends, had a nice restaurant meal with a well behaved toddler, and had just enough time relaxing at home just the three of us. We discovered Henry LOVES fresh corn from the farmer's market (as in eats a whole cob himself) but is not fooled when I try to give him some frozen stuff when that runs out. We will have to make sure to take full advantage of local corn season this year.
Later this morning Henry and I are heading to Mississauga to meet my mum at the airport after a month away and spend some quality time with my side of the family for the rest of the week.
